Method
- Cook the potstickers according to the package directions. Pan-frying works best for texture.
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining the noodles.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic and ginger in 1 teaspoon oil for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add potstickers to the skillet.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Add cooked noodles and toss everything together.
- Add a few tablespoons of the reserved noodle water if needed to loosen the sauce.
- Heat through for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Serve topped with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and chili crisp if desired.
Notes
Pan-frying the potstickers creates the best texture and flavor. Lo mein noodles work best, but spaghetti is an easy substitute. Leftovers store well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat nicely in a skillet with a splash of water.
