- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side until fully cooked.

- Steam or roast the broccoli until tender-crisp.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt or sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and black pepper to make the sauce.
- Divide rice or quinoa among serving bowls.
- Top with grilled chicken and broccoli.
- Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce and serve warm.
Notes
Quinoa can replace rice for extra protein and fiber. Add avocado or roasted vegetables for more variety. Store components separately in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
