Ingredients
  

For the meatloaf
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, breadcrumbs, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a skillet.
  4. Cook on medium heat for a few minutes until browned on all sides.
Baking
  1. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve hot from the oven with mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, or a salad. Drizzle extra ketchup or your favorite sauce on top for added flavor. For storage, let cool and wrap in plastic wrap or an airtight container; it lasts in the fridge for 3-4 days or can be frozen for 2-3 months.
