- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a 12x16 inch rectangle.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara (if using), then layer salami, ham, mozzarella, and provolone or Parmesan. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Roll tightly from a long side like a jelly roll. Pinch seam and ends to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush Stromboli with beaten egg wash. Cut 3–4 small slits on top. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
