- Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Season beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until fully cooked through.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make folding easier.
- Spread Big Mac sauce onto each tortilla.
- Top with cooked beef, lettuce, cheddar cheese, pickles, and onions.
- Drizzle with extra sauce if desired.
- Fold in the tortilla sides and roll tightly into wraps.
- Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
Ground turkey or chicken can be substituted for a lighter version. Low-carb tortillas work well for a lower-carb option. Add tomatoes or crispy bacon for extra flavor. Store leftover beef separately in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
